Therapy Fees

Individual Therapy: $200 per 55-minute session

Couples Therapy: $200 per 55-minute session

Payment is due at the time of your appointment.

Insurance

I am not an in-network provider with insurance companies.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly invoice upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because plans vary, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network mental health benefits and cannot guarantee reimbursement.

How Often Will We Meet?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As therapy progresses, some people choose to meet every other week or at a frequency that best supports their goals. We will discuss together what feels most appropriate for your needs.

In-Person and Online Therapy

I offer both in-person therapy in Houston, and secure Telehealth sessions for clients who reside in Texas. Together, we can decide which format is the best fit for your circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are charged the full session fee.

What can I expect during the first session?

The first session is an opportunity for us to discuss what has brought you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you may have about the process. It is also a chance for us to determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
